Due to an unexpected power supply outage today some services were offline at the main Hamilton facility for various periods from 1.15pm to 3.15pm.

Wireless access may have been affected for users just logging in during the 1.15pm to 1.45pm period.

Email was fully back up again by 1.50pm. Any emails not received during the period are expected to arrive over the next 24-48 hours.

Websites were restored full access again between 2.30pm and 3.15pm in a layered way.

We are running on a backup power system for a few days until the main can be repaired. There will be another short outage for some websites as we switch back to mains late evening 28-03-2010 . Other services should not notice the switch.
